Writing 

For kindergarten children the first thing we need to teach is how to hold a pencil correctly, then we move on to learning to write the alphabet, and then short words.

Later we start to teach sentences and punctuation and grammar becomes more important.

Tips:

• Teach them to write their own name first.
• Apart from their name, I recommend teaching writing with or after basic phonics. 
• Start by tracing letters.
• Teach them to put a finger width between words.
• Teach them to start a sentence with a capital and finish it with a period.

書く

先ず最初に児童に書くことを教えるときは正しい鉛筆の持ち方から教え、アルファベット、短い単語というふうに段階を経て書いていくようにしましょう。
その後、文章、句読法、文法が大切になってくることを教えましょう。

Tips:

• 初めに自分の名前を書くことを教えましょう。
• 名前とは別に基本のフォニックスも書くこともお勧めします。
• なぞり書きを始めましょう。
• 単語と単語の間に指を置きスペースを空けることを教えましょう。
• 文章の初めは大文字、文章の最後はピリオドを教えましょう。
